4.2.66 SRGPIO Register (Offset = 0x508) [reset = 0x00]
General-Purpose Input/Output Software Reset (SRGPIO)
The SRGPIO register lets software reset the available GPIO modules.
A peripheral is reset by software using a simple 2-step process:
1. Software sets a bit (or bits) in the SRGPIO register. While the SRGPIO bit is 1, the peripheral is held in
reset.
2. Software completes the reset process by clearing the SRGPIO bit.
There may be latency from the clearing of the SRGPIO bit to when the peripheral is ready for use.
Software should check the corresponding PRGPIO bit to verify that the GPIO module registers are ready
to be accessed.
NOTE:
Use this register to reset the GPIO modules.
