Voice Memo Player
Playing Back/Deleting Recorded Messages or In-call Voice Memos
To play back a recorded message or In-call Voice memo, follow the steps below.
•
You cannot playback the recordings directly after a phone call. Wait for about 5 seconds before
you start playing back the recordings.
•
When “received calls” in the Log Display setting is off, the Record Message screen appears on
the Voice memo player but messages cannot be played back. However, if Voice Memo Lock is
set to “yes”, the recorded message can be played back by entering the 4-digit terminal ID
number.

In standby, select “useful function”
“V memo player” from the menu.

Select a recorded message or an In-call Voice memo and press
(play).
The selected recorded message or In-call Voice memo is played back from
the earpiece.
•
Press

to display recorded items in order starting from the
newest; press

to display them in order starting from the oldest.
(You can use
to switch recorded items.)
•
To stop playback, press
(stop).
The screen of the latest recorded message or In-call Voice memo appears.
•
You can also press
to display them when the mova is open.
•
Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number when Voice Memo Lock is on.

from the submenu.

You can also delete recorded items by pressing and holding down

•
To delete all recorded messages and In-call Voice memos, select “delete all” from the submenu.

Select “YES” and press

The recorded message or In-call Voice memo is deleted.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
