The sent/unsent mail list on the day is displayed.
•
Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number when the selected folder is set as
secret. (Note that you are not required to enter the terminal ID again when
you have already entered it once, such as when Private Diary is set to secret
or Mail Security is on.)
•
Select “log” from the submenu to display the mail received on the specified
day in all folders.
Select a folder and press
(select).
The mail is now protected and the icon changes to one with
attached.
•
You can protect 150 sent mail items, 1950 received mail items
(excluding Image mail), and 10 received mail items (Image mail) in
total.
•
Unsent and unread mail items cannot be protected.
•
To cancel the protection, select a protected mail item and select
“unprotect” from the submenu.

To delete sent/unsent mail and received mail
Mail items selected for deletion are also deleted from the Outmail box or Inmail box.
•
Protected mail cannot be deleted. Unprotect the mail before deletion.

Select a mail item from the list and select “delete one” from the submenu.

A selection screen appears when you select the Divided mail. Select “1. 1 mail only”,
“2. same divided mail” or “3. no”.
•
When “DEL in FLD” is selected from the submenu, all mail on the day in the folder are
deleted. (This operation can also be performed from the folder list.) A selection screen
appears to select the conditions for deleting mail (see p.358).
•
If you select “log” from the submenu in the folder list, and select “SP day DEL” from the
submenu, you can delete all mail on the day at one time. A selection screen appears to
select the conditions for deleting mail (see p.358).

Select “YES” and press

To cancel the operation, select “NO”.

Select a sent/unsent mail item and press
(select).
The sent/unsent mail item is saved.

To protect sent mail and received mail
If sent mail or received mail is protected, mail in the Outmail box or Inmail box is also protected.
