Deleting Common phrases one by one

Select a Common phrase, and select “delete” from the submenu.
•
Alternatively, you can press and hold down to delete it.
3 Select “YES” and press (select).
The Common phrase is deleted.

To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
Display the Common phrase list.
Resetting Common phrases to the defaults
Common phrases can be reset to the state it had at the time of purchase (defaults).
You can reset either individual Common phrases or all Common phrases in a group.
1 Display the Common phrase list.
2 Select a Common phrase, and select “reset” from the submenu.
3 Select “YES” and press (select) .
The Common phrase are reset to the defaults.

To cancel the operation, select “NO”.

Select a group, and select “reset group” from the submenu.

Select “YES” and press (select).
Common phrases in the group are reset to the defaults. The changed group name is also reset to
the default name.
