When the Signature setting is on

Alternatively, you can select “i-mode setting” from the i-mode menu.

Alternatively, you can select “setting” “mail setting” or “i-mode setting”
from the menu.

You can also select “mail setting” from the submenu in the compose mail
screen, compose Short Mail screen, sent/unsent and received mail folder
lists, sent/unsent and received mail lists, and sent/unsent and received mail
display screens.
In standby, select “mail setting” “check new MSG” from the mail menu.

When composing i-mode mail or i-shot mail, the signature is automatically entered in the mail body. If you
do not want to add the signature, open the character entry screen and use
to delete the signature.
•
The signature is not added when forwarding or replying mail.
•
The signature is not added to Chat mail or Short Mail.

Selecting mail to receive
Default: off

When Receive Option is on, mail delivered to the i-mode center is stored at the i-mode center
and your mova is notified that mail is waiting. Your mova does not receive mail automatically.
You can use Mail Optional Reception to select only mail you want to receive from among all
mail stored at the i-mode center (see p.336).

Even if Receive Option is on, you can receive all mail items stored at the i-mode center by
executing Check New Message. If you do not want to receive unwanted mail, set the Select
Check Message function so that the mail check is not made.
