If you set an image for a phone number of a Phonebook entry, the image appears in
the call reception screen when a call is received from that phone number. 

•

This is not available for “preset album”.

•

Images cannot be set in the following cases. Cancel the respective setting and then set the
image:

・

Phonebook Access Lock is set

・

Phonebook Store Lock is set

・

Phonebook Delete Lock is set

・

Keydial Lock is set

・

The Phonebook entry is set to Accept/Reject Calls

•

The following images cannot be set:

・

Flash movies

・

Images saved to Secret setting folder

・

Animation

・

Images whose use is fixed to a specific screen, such as an image for the Standby screen only

・

Images in “import album” whose size is larger than 240 dots wide and 320 dots high or vice

versa

・

Video taken by mova

Display an image, and select “add PHbook” from the submenu.

A selection screen for the destination appears.

•

This operation can also be performed from the picture/title list.

Setting images in the Phonebook

Select “1.phonebook” and press 

(select).

The list of Phonebook entries appears.

•

You can try various search type, and specify search criteria. The operating procedure is the
same as when you search the Phoneboook, in standby.

To set an image to Own Number Display

Select “2. own number” and press 

(select).

Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

•

When an image has already been set, a prompt appears. To change the setting, select
“YES” and press 

(select). To cancel the operation, select “NO”.

Select an entry to set the image and press 

(select).

The image is set in the Phonebook entry.
