If you receive a call, mail, or a Message during recording
Recording is stopped and the call reception screen or message reception screen appears. When you end
the call or press
(return) in the message reception screen, the un-saved video screen appears.

If the video clip you took cannot be saved
•
If you want to save the video clip in the mova’s built-in memory, but the built-in memory does not have
enough free space or the maximum number of video clips that can be saved is exceeded, a prompt
appears asking whether to overwrite. Select “YES” and press
(select), then select the data to
overwrite (see p.540). When you select “NO”, un-saved video screen appears. To cancel saving, press
(return); press
(save) if you want to retry saving.

If you are saving a taken video clip in
Memory Stick Duo, but the maximum number of video clips that
can be saved is exceeded or the
Memory Stick Duo does not have enough free space, a prompt
appears asking whether to save a video clip in the built-in memory of the mova. To save it to the built-in
memory, select “YES” and press
(select). When you select “NO”, the un-saved video screen
appears. When you cancel saving, press
(return); press
(save) if you want to retry saving. For

When the video recording is stopped/When saving the recorded video fails
•
To play back the video clip and view it, press
(play).
•
To save the video clip, press
(save).
•
To cancel saving the video clip, press
(return). The video clip is deleted and the
Video Photography screen appears.

When recording is stopped and the message reception screen appears, select any of
“mail”, “message R”, or “message F” and press
(select) to view the mail or
Message. When a prompt appears asking whether to stop the current operation,
select “YES” and press
(select). Note that the video clip being recorded is
discarded when the mail or Message is displayed. The un-saved video screen does
not appear.
