Protecting Confidential Phonebook Entries

This function searches for parties whose entries are stored as Secret memory items.

•

When calls are made to phone numbers stored as Secret memory items, the phone numbers
are recorded in the Redial data and the Dial history of the Private diary. If you do not wish such
numbers to become known to others, delete the Redial data or the Dial history of the Private
diary or turn off “redial” in the Log Display setting.

Select “search SCRT” from the submenu in the Phonebook search screen.

Entry your 4-digit terminal ID number.

Only the Phonebook stored in a Secret memory is displayed.
