Moving images or video clips to other folders
•
When one or more images set to the Standby screen, Visual partner, Inspiration window and/or
menu icons are moved to the folder that is set as secret, these settings are returned to the
default.
•
When one or more images or video clips set to the Phonebook, Own Number Display screen,
Private diary or sent/unsent mail (i-shot mail) are moved to the folder set as secret, these
images/video clips are deleted from the settings.

Select an image or a video clip in the picture list or title list, and select “move
one” from the submenu.
•
This operation can also be performed from the image display screen or the video display screen.
■
To select and move more than one image or video clip

In the picture list or title list, select “move chosen” from the submenu.

Select one or more images or video clips and press
(select).
• You can select more than one image or video clip.
• To cancel your selection, select the image or video clip you have selected and press
(REL).
• A prompt appears when you select an image or a video clip that is set to the Standby
screen, Visual partner, Inspiration window, menu icons, Phonebook, Own Number Display
screen, Private diary, or sent/unsent mail (i-shot mail). To move it, select “YES” and press
(select). To cancel the operation, select “NO”.

Press (decide).
Proceed to Step 2.

Select a destination folder and press
(select).
•
When the destination folder is set as secret, enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.
■
To move all images and video clips in a folder

In the picture list or title list, select “change FLD” from the submenu.
A selection screen appears asking you to specify the move destination. Proceed to Step 2.

Select “YES” and press
(select).
The image or the video clip is moved.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
•
When “move chosen” or “change FLD” is selected, the move screen appears. Press
(cancel)
to stop moving. However, once the image or video clip has been moved, it cannot be moved back.
•
In the following cases, an image set in the Phonebook cannot be moved to a folder set as secret. Cancel
the setting and perform the operation.
•
Phonebook Access Lock is set
•
Phonebook Store Lock is set
•
Phonebook Delete Lock is set
•
Keydial Lock is set
•
The image is set in the Phonebook entry which is set to Accept/Reject Calls.
