Lock
The Keypad Lock protects your mova from being used by others to make calls and
access phone functions. However, you can still dial emergency phone numbers 110,
119 and 118. You can also answer incoming calls.

In standby, press and hold (jump).
The Keypad Lock is set.
•
You can also set the Keypad Lock by pressing (menu) and pressing and
holding down .
•
Only the following functions can be accessed:
• Turn the Power on/off • Call emergency numbers 110, 119 and 118
•
Answer incoming calls
•
Put a call on hold while ringing (Answer Hold)
• Put a call on hold while talking. • Adjust the sound level while the phone is ringing
•
Adjust the earpiece volume during a call
•
Save a phone number during a call (Scratch Pad)
• Set the call quality (Set WOWVoice)
•
Press a numeric key during a call (send touch tones)
• Switch parties during a three-way call
•
Toggle the Inspiration window’s clock and calendar display on/off (by )
•
Keypad Lock cannot be canceled by turning the power off.
•
To dial emergency numbers 110, 119 and 118, enter the phone number and then press . Do not
prefix 184 or 186. The phone number is masked with a series of “_” characters. Keypad Lock is not
canceled when the call ends.
•
When a call is received, the other party’s phone number is not displayed.
•
When a call is received from a party listed in the Phonebook, the other party’s name, etc. will not appear.
The setting for each person is not activated (the specified ringtone, vibration, or illumination color). If a call
is received from a party listed in a group, the specified background color, ringtone, and illumination color
by group are also not activated.
•
If you do not answer a call, or appears but Call History cannot be displayed.
•
If the Record Message function is set prior to setting the Keypad Lock, it works while the Keypad Lock is
on.
•
Received mail and Messages cannot be read although the message reception screen is displayed.
If mail is received from a party listed in a group, the specified ringtone by group is also not played.
•
Some screens are not displayed (alarm screen, anniversary screen, etc.).
•
Even when you have set a random Standby image to the main display or the Inspiration window, the
display remains unchanged.
•
Data communication and fax communication can be received even while Keypad Lock is on.

when Keypad Lock is turned on. When Keypad Lock is canceled, the i-
