In the folder list, select “add folder” from the submenu.

• Folders in “preset album” cannot be set as secret.
Creating, editing, and deleting folders
•
By default, “camera album” and “movie album” contains the “photo folder”, “import album”
contains the “import folder” and “preset album” contains the “preset folder”.
•
Maximum number of folders: 20 for each of “camera album”, “movie album”, “import album”, and
“preset album” (excluding the default folders).
•
A folder can be set to secret. When a folder is set as secret, you must enter your 4-digit terminal
ID number to view an image or a video clip in the folder.
•
The folder set as secret cannot be used for the random image of the Standby screen.
•
Images in the folder set as secret cannot be used for the Standby screen, Visual partner,
Inspiration window, menu icons, Phonebook, Own Number Display screen, and Private diary.
They also cannot be sent via i-shot and copied or moved to the
Memory Stick Duo.
•
Video clips in the folder set as secret cannot be used for the Private diary. Those images
cannot be copied or moved to the
Memory Stick Duo.
•
For the folder that is set for the random image of the Standby screen, or the folder that contains
images used for the Standby screen, Visual partner, Inspiration window or menu icons, if it is
set to secret or is deleted, these settings are returned to the default.
•
For the folder that contains images or video clips set to the Phonebook, Own Number Display
screen, Private diary, or sent/unsent mail (i-shot mail), if it is set to secret or is deleted, these
images/video clips are deleted from the settings.
