To specify a subject

Select “3. subject” and press (select).

Select the “subject” field and press (edit).

Enter the keyword (up to 30 single-byte or 15 double-byte
characters)
•
Double-byte and single-byte characters are differentiated and
characters are case-sensitive. Double-byte and single-byte spaces are
also differentiated.
•
The “subject” field cannot be left blank.

Select the “folder” field and press (edit).

Select a folder and press (select).

To specify a group

Select “4. group” and press (select).

Select the “group” field and press (edit).

Select a group and press (select).

Select the “folder” field and press (edit).

■ To specify “no phonebook” or “all”

Select “5. no phonebook” or “6. all” and press (select).

The sorting condition is specified. A prompt appears asking whether to re-sort mail.
•
If the same sorting condition is already specified, a prompt appears. Select “YES” to overwrite it
and press
(select). To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
Select “YES” and press (select).
Mail is re-sorted and the list of sorting conditions reappears.
•
To not re-sort, select “NO”.
■ To edit a sorting condition

Select a sorting condition in the sorting condition list and press (edit).

Edit the sorting condition
Repeat from Step 3, Item

in each condition.
•
You cannot retrieve the mail address from the Phonebook again. To search the mail address
from the Phonebook, delete the existing sorting condition and then specify a new one.

Press (store).
A prompt appears asking whether to re-sort mail.

Select “YES” or “NO” and press (select).
