Pressing the Mail/i-mode key performs the same function as pressing
on the mova D506i.
Press
in standby to display the mail menu, which is used, for example, when displaying the
compose mail screen.
To display the i-mode menu, press

(Mail/i-mode key) function
Insert the i-board connector firmly until it clicks.
•
When detaching the i-board, remove the i-board connector from the mova while depressing
the release buttons on the sides of the connector. Close the protective cap at the bottom of
the mova.
•
Do not fix the i-board with a band to protect it from erroneous operation.

Note the following points when the i-board D001 is used with the mova D506i.
•
The functions and operations of the i-board are the same with the D210i, D503i, D503iS, D211i,
D504i, D251i, D251iS, D505i, D252i, and D505iS.
•
The functions and operations of the i-board differ from when used with the D209i and D502i.
The differences are described below:
