Moving sent/unsent and received mail to other folders
1 Select a mail item in the sent/unsent mail list or received mail list, and select
“move one” from the submenu.
•
This operation can also be performed from the sent/unsent mail display
screen and received mail display screen.
■
To move more than one mail item
1
In the sent/unsent mail list or received mail list, select “move chosen” from the
submenu.

Select a mail item and press (select).
•
You can select multiple mail items.
•
To cancel your selection, select the mail you selected and press (REL).

Press (decide).
Proceed to Step 2.
■ To move all mail in a folder
1
In the sent/unsent mail list or received mail list, select “change FLD” from the
submenu.
Proceed to Step 2.
•
You cannot do this operation while displaying all mail in all folders.
2 Select the destination folder and press (select).
•
Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number when the selected folder is set as secret. (This is not
required when moving mail between Secret setting folders or when you previously entered the
ID number to release Mail Security.)

This operation cannot be performed while displaying all mail in all folders.
Select “YES” and press (select).
The folder is deleted.

To cancel the operation, select “NO”.

When you select an i-

ppli mail folder for which the corresponding software has been deleted, a
prompt appears asking whether to delete all folders created by the deleted software. If you
select “YES” and press
(select), the folders created by the software are deleted from both
the Outmail box and Inmail box. To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
