You can not save a phone number from a Call history item that does not include a Caller ID.

Select a phone number from the Call history list, and select “add PHbook” from the submenu.

Select “1. store new” or “2. add to phonebook”, and press
(select).
• When you select “1. store new”, proceed to step

• When you select “2. add to phonebook”, the Phonebook search results are displayed.

Select an entry location, and press
(select).
• You can switch the search type or specify the search criteria. The operating procedure is the same as
that for searching the Phonebook in standby. (However, you cannot search the address.)
• When the caller’s phone numbers are not saved in the Phonebook of the entry location, proceed to

Select the field to enter the phone number, and press
(select).

Enter any other information that you want to save.
• “icon”, “phone no.”, etc. in the Phonebook are automatically entered.
To use Call History to save phone numbers in the Phonebook
•
Received calls are saved in the Call history as Mute receive in the following situations.
•
When the Mute ring time is set to a number except for 0 seconds, a call is received from a party who is
not saved in the Phonebook, and the Caller ID-based call is disconnected within the set Mute ring time
(see p.73).
•
When the call is rejected by the Accept Calls/Reject Calls, Caller ID-based Call Block or Reject
Unstored Number function.
•
Only normal receive or mute receive calls can be retrieved and displayed from the Call history. In the Call
history list, select “normal RECV” or “mute receive” from the submenu. Display the Call history for each
type and then select “DEL normal” or “DEL mute” from the submenu to delete the record.
Select “log” from the submenu to return to the log data.
About Mute receive

appears on a Call history item answered by the Record Message or Quick Record Message
function.

The recorded message is played back.
• When Voice Memo Lock is set, enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

Ring time
When you do not answer a call, it is recorded in the Call history list with
the length of time between when the ringtone started and when it
ended. This function is useful for identifying calls that originate from
malicious call operators.
