You can display received mail in the Inspiration window.
•
When you open your mova during operation, the corresponding screen appears on the main display to
allow you to continue the operation. After that, perform the operation with your mova open. If you close
your mova again, you cannot perform the operation.

In standby, select “mail”

When Mail Security is set, open your mova, enter your 4-digit terminal ID number, and show the
received mail on the main display. To cancel the operation without opening your mova, press

Displaying received mail with your mova closed
Number of sent/unsent and received mail items that can be saved
•
You can save up to 200 sent/unsent mail items in the Outmail box.
•
If 200 items are already saved and you send i-mode mail, i-shot mail or Short Mail, sent items are
overwritten, oldest first. Protect mail items you want to keep. Unsent mail and protected mail cannot be
overwritten.
•
When there are a total number of 200 unsent mail and protected mail items, no more mail can be
composed. Send unsent mail, or unprotect or delete protected mail that are no longer needed.
•
Up to 2,000 received mail items can be saved in the Inmail box.
•
If 2,000 items are already saved and new mail items are received, read mail items are overwritten,
oldest first. Protect read mail items you want to retain. Unread mail and protected mail cannot be
overwritten.
•
When there are a total of 2000 unread and protected mail items and new mail items cannot be received,
the mail icon appears (see p.13). Read unread mail or unprotect or delete protected mail that are no
longer needed. Unreceived mail is stored at the i-mode center (see p.320).
•
Select “count mail” from the submenu in the received mail list to display the number of mail items in the
Inmail box categorized into “unread mail”, “read mail”, “protected mail”, “image mail” and “PRTCT IMG
mail”. Use
to check the contents and then press
(OK) to return to the received mail list.
•
Press
to display the immediately previous screen. Press and hold down
to return to the
Standby screen.
•
If you display a Melody mail item, the melody is not played.
•
Even if you set the image of an Image mail item to be automatically downloaded, the image is not
downloaded or displayed.
•
Perform mail operations such as reply, forwarding, and deletion with your mova open.
The received mail item appears.
•
