brightness setting
(high light)
You can select the desired lighting way for the main display.
Opening the mova or pressing any key turns on the display light as follows :
• high light: The display lights up for about 15 seconds with bright light.

The light stays on for about 5 minutes with dim light.

The light is turned off.
• medium light: The display lights up for about 15 seconds with medium light.
→
The light stays on for about 5 minutes with dim light.
→
The light is turned
off.
• low light: The display lights up for about 5 minutes and 15 seconds with dim
light.

The light is turned off.

You can select either bright light or dim light for displaying the Inspiration
window.
Closing the mova or pressing the Side keys turns on the display light as
follows:

• low light: The light stays on for about 60 seconds with dim light.

You can select on or off for lighting the buttons. Opening the mova or pressing
any key turns on the display light as follows:
• on: The display lights up for about 15 seconds.
• off: The display is not lit.

(same as normal)
You can select the desired lighting way for the main display during recharging
or for the Inspiration window when closing the mova. The display lights up as
follows:
• same as normal: The display lights up according to the front DSP
brightness setting or the back DSP brightness setting.
• continual light: The display always lights up with medium light.

hands-free setting
(same as mobile)
You can select the desired lightning way for the main display, the Inspiration
window or buttons when the car-mounted adapter is connected.
• same as mobile: The display lights up according to the front DSP brightness
setting the back DSP brightness setting or the key light setting.
• continual light: The display always lights up.

1 Even while Key Guard is set, if you push the side key when you close the mova, the backlight lights
up.
2 Pressing
turns on the button light for about 15 seconds.
3 When about 12 hours elapses from starting recharging, the light lights up according to the operation of
the “frontDSP brightness” setting and the “back DSP brightness” setting.
4 When closing the mova, the Inspiration window always lights up with medium light. When opening the
mova, the light lights up according to the operation of the “back DSP brightness” setting. The button
light lights up according to the operation of the key light setting.

The Inspiration window always lights up with the light set as the “back DSP brightness” setting. The
button light always lights up without regard to the key light setting.
