Select a folder in the folder list, and select “edit folder” from the submenu.

•

When the selected folder is set as secret, enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

Edit the folder name or change the Secret setting.

•

For details about setting, see p.187.

Then the changes are saved.

When you select “yes” for “secret:”, a prompt appears if the folder is set for the random image of
the Standby screen, or the folder contains images or video clips set to the Standby screen,
Visual partner, Inspiration window, menu icons, Phonebook, Own Number Display screen,
Private diary, or sent/unsent mail (i-shot mail).
Select “YES” and press

(select) to save the changes.

•

The “photo folder”, “import folder” and “preset folder” cannot be edited.

Editing folders

Deleting folders

Select a folder in the folder list, and select “DEL folder” from the submenu.

•

When the selected folder is set as secret, enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

•

The “photo folder”, “import folder” and “preset folder” cannot be deleted.

•

For “camera album”, “movie album”, and “import album”, if you delete a folder the images and video
clips in the folder are also deleted. Note, however, that when the images and/or video clips are
protected, the folders cannot be deleted.

•

For “preset album”, a folder cannot be deleted if it contains an image.

Select “YES” and press

(select).

Then the folder is deleted.

•

To cancel the operation, select “no”.

•

In the following cases, folders that contain an image set in the Phonebook cannot be set as secret or
deleted. Cancel the setting and then perform the operation:

•

Phonebook Access Lock is set

•

Phonebook Store Lock is set

•

Phonebook Delete Lock is set

•

Keydial Lock is set

•

The image is set in the Phonebook entry which is set to Accept/Reject Calls.
