Saving Diary Events, Schedule Activities and Anniversaries (continued)

In the daily diary screen, select “schedule” from the submenu.

Schedule entries can be saved even if the screen for other than the specific day is open.

The following screen is set by default:

Saving Schedule activities
You can save job appointments, dates and other activities. An alarm tone or vibration
notifies you of the event on the specified date.
•
Maximum number of items that can be saved: 100 activities in total (there are no restrictions on
the number of items that can be saved per day and the number of days that can be saved.)

Correcting the content of the saved schedule (see p.254)
Set the date.
Set the time.
Select the icon that will be displayed on the specified date and time.
is the default icon for a new Schedule entry.
Enter the details of Schedule.
Select whether the set date and time is to be announced by vibration.
Set the alarm to sound before and on the specified time.
Set the alarm volume.
Set the alarm tone.
Set the alarm to sound.
