Setup

To connect an incoming call to the Voice Mail Service Center manually during i-mode
communication, select “answer” in the call reception setting (see p.299).

When 2nd call beep sounds during another call or a ringtone sounds
during i-mode communication, select “voice mail” from the submenu.
The received call is connected to the Voice Mail Service Center.

The Voice Mail Service can be used temporarily when you cannot answer a call, even if
the service is not activated.

While the phone is ringing, select “voice mail” from the submenu.
The received call is connected to the Voice Mail Service Center.

This operation does not activate the Voice Mail Service. Only this call is available.

When you are in a hurry and want to record a message, you can omit the answer message.
Pressing
when the answer message is being played back switches to recording mode

are only available from your mova. A general subscriber phone or pay phone and other mobile phone
cannot be used.

The 2nd call beep is the same tone as that used for the Call Waiting Service, however, incoming calls
cannot be answered during another call if you do not subscribe to that service.

If you are calling 110, 119, 118, 117, or 14XX (Voice Mail Service operation, etc.), a call cannot be
connected manually to the Voice Mail Service Center.
•
While Keypad Lock is set, incoming calls cannot be connected manually to the Voice Mail Service
Center.
