Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

If a party (or parties) to accept calls from is saved and it is not necessary to change it (or them),
proceed to Step 7.

Select the line to save and press
(edit).

When you select the line already saved and select “details” from the submenu, the saved phone
number appears.

Selecting from the Phonebook

Select “1. search phonebook” and press
(select).

Search the Phonebook to select a party you want to save and press
(select).
•
If multiple phone numbers are saved in the Phonebook, all phone numbers appear. Accept
Calls is set for every phone number appeared.
•
You can switch the search type to another or can specify the search criteria. Operating
procedure is the same as when searching the Phonebook in standby (Address search,
however, is not available) (see p.103).
•
To search for the Phonebook entries stored in Secret memory, switch to the Secret search
(see p.109).

Selecting from the Redial data or Call history

Select “2. redial” or “3. received calls” and press
(select).

Select a party to save and press
(select).
•
If the party you have selected is saved in the Phonebook, all phone numbers saved in the
Phonebook appear. Accept Calls is set for every phone number appeared.
•
Each time
(change) is pressed, the screen display switches between the 1-line layout
and 3-line layout.

Select “1.store” and press
(select).
The party you select is saved for accepting calls from other parties.
•
To store again, select “2. cancel”.

(return).

Select “1.yes” and press
(select).
Accept Calls is set for the entry.

To cancel the setting, select “2. no”.
When Accept Calls is set for the Phonebook entries
•
When a call is received from a person for whom Accept Calls is not set, the phone does not ring and a
record of the call is recorded in the Call history as Mute receive. (The Missed Call icon appears.) The
caller hears a busy signal and the call is disconnected.
•
Calls without a Caller ID are rejected regardless of the Caller-ID based Call Block setting.
