Phonebook

Search

Phonebook

Memory No. search

Entries are displayed in the Memory-number order. You can search for a Phonebook
entry by entering a Memory number (000 to 999).

On the Phonebook search screen, select “search type”

“2.memory no.”

from the submenu.

The column tab which indicates the Memory number range appears at the top
of the screen, and the Phonebook entries corresponding to the Memory
number range appears.

Press 

to display Phonebook entries corresponding to the next Memory

number range. Press 

to display entries in the reverse order.

To search by entering the Memory number

Enter the Memory number (see p.90).

The Phonebook entry of the entered Memory number is selected. If there
is no entry saved in the entered Memory number, the entry saved in the
subsequent Memory number is displayed.If the next entry does not exist,
the previous entry is displayed.

•

When you search a Memory number between 000 and 099, be sure to
enter the leading zeros.

•

The operating procedure is the same as directed in 

Reading search

(see p.104).

You can enter part of a phone number and search for phone numbers in the
Phonebook that contain those numbers.
