•
When Phonebook entries stored in Secret memory are included to the mail
group, enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.
In the compose mail screen, select the “to” field and press

(select).
The recipients are set.
• If the total of mail addresses already entered and mail addresses in the mail group exceeds 10,
the recipients cannot be set using a mail group.
• Even if the mail group has a same mail address as that already entered in the “receiver” field,
this address is added.

[Mail Group]
Using mail groups to set recipients
You can easily set multiple mail addresses as recipients by selecting a mail group.
•
Register recipients to a mail group in advance (see p.380).
•
The communication charges are the same as when sending mail to multiple recipients one by one.
•
Even when you send mail to multiple recipients, only a single copy of mail is saved in the Outmail box.
However, when transmission is only successful for some recipients, 2 copies of the mail are saved, one for
mail sent and the other for mail unsent.
•
To send mail to multiple recipients, you must have at least 2 open spaces in the Outmail box (mail that can
be overwritten is counted as open space).
•
Even if you send mail to multiple recipients simultaneously, the mail address of other recipients is not
notified to each recipient.
