Saving sent/unsent and received mail

In the daily diary screen, select “manual link” from the submenu.
You can save the sent/unsent or received mail log on the day which are saved in the
Inmail box or Outmail box in the daily diary screen.
•
Each maximum number of items that can be saved: 200 sent/unsent mail items, 2000 received mail
items in total. There are no restrictions on the item number or the days to save.
•
By default, the phone is set to automatically save sent/unsent and received mail from parties
saved in the Phonebook. Changing this setting (see p.258)
•
Sent/unsent mail and received mail cannot be saved while i-mode Lock is set.

Select “4.outmail” and press
(select).
The folder list appears.
•
To save received mail, select “3. inmail”.
•
When Mail Security is on, the 4-digit terminal ID number must be entered.
(Note that you are not required to enter the terminal ID again when you have
already entered it once, such as when Private Diary is set to secret.)
Saving sent/unsent mail

You can select a Redial data item or Call history item from the Private diary and use it to make a call.

You cannot use a Call history item to make a call if it does not contain a Caller ID.
When Redial data items/Call history items are saved
•
The Private diary saves 500 latest items for each Redial data items and Call history items. If 500 log items
have already been saved, items are deleted from the oldest item in order. (Protected items are not
deleted.) Deleted log items are already saved in the Private diary, they are also deleted from the diary.
•
Redial data items and Call history items for the Private diary are stored separately from those displayed by
from the Standby screen. Even if you delete items displayed by
from the Standby screen, items
stored in the Private diary are not deleted.
