In the daily diary screen, select “manual link” from the submenu.

Select “1.called log” and press (select).
Redial data list for the specific day is displayed.
•
Select “2. received calls” to save Call history items. Call history list for the
specific day is displayed.
•
When more than one calls are made or received from the same party, each
call appears in the log.
Icon for selected log
appears if the item is already saved in the Private diary.

Select a Redial data item and press (select).
The log item is saved.
■ To protect a log item in the list

Select a log item from the list and select “protect” from the submenu.
■ To delete a log item from the list
•
Protected items cannot be deleted. Unprotect the items to delete.

Select a log item from the list and select “delete one” from the submenu.

Alternatively, you can press and hold down to delete items.
•
Select “SP day DEL” from the submenu to delete all items on that day (excluding protected
items).

Select “YES” and press (select).
•
If items selected for deletion are also saved in the Private diary, they are also deleted from
the Private diary.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
The log item is now protected and the icon changes to one with
attached.
•
Up to 450 items can be protected for each Redial data items and Call history
items.
•
To cancel the protection, select a log item that is protected and select
“unprotect” from the submenu.
