Mobile phone information (the model of the move, manufacturer serial number, and other
information) is sent to the server and whether to need updating software is checked. Customer’s
mobile phone information sent to NTT DoCoMo is not made public and not used for other
purposes.
•
Normally, “no software update is needed, please continue to use as before” appears. Please
continue to use as before. When an update is needed, “update is needed, update?” appears.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.

“ready to download?” appears. Once download is started, software is updated automatically.

To cancel the operation, select “3.no update”.

When pressing
(cancel) while
is displayed, a prompt appears asking whether to end
the operation. To end the operation, select “YES” and press
