Edit the contents of the Short Mail, and send it.

Display Short Mail.

Select “edit” from the submenu.
The compose Short Mail screen appears.

Alternatively, press
to display the compose Short Mail screen.
•
You can also select “edit” from the submenu in the sent/unsent mail list.
•
To send Short Mail as is without editing, select “send” or “resend” from the submenu. (In the
submenu, if the mail is unsent mail, “send” appears; if the mail is already sent, “resend” appears.)

In standby, select “outbox” from the mail menu.
The folder list of the Outmail box appears.
•
Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number when Mail Security is set.

An unsent Short Mail item that has been sent is deleted from the Outmail box but a copy of the sent Short
Mail is saved instead.

When Short Mail that has been sent is sent again, another copy of the mail is saved in the Outmail box .
