By specifying parties saved in the Phonebook, Redial data, and Call history, you can
set the phone to reject calls from selected parties while accepting calls from other
parties.
•
Maximum number of parties that can be saved: 20
•
While Phonebook Access Lock is set, parties saved in the Phonebook cannot be selected.
•
If “redial” or “received calls” in the Log Display setting is off, the Redial data or Call history is not
displayed.
•
Accept Calls and Reject Calls cannot be set simultaneously.
•
This setting works with parties that have a Caller ID. It is recommended that Caller ID Display
Request Service and Caller ID-based Call Block be set (see p.464, 72)

In standby, select “setting”
“privacy”
“reject calls” from the menu.

Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

Press (list).
The Reject Calls screen appears.
•
If a party (or parties) to reject calls from is saved and it is not necessary to change it (or them),
proceed to Step 7.

Select the line to save and press
(edit).
•
When you select the line already saved and select “details” from the submenu, the saved phone
number appears.

Display the Accept Calls screen.

Select the line to delete and select “delete one” from the submenu.
•
To delete all saved lines, select “delete all” from the submenu.

Select “YES” and press
(select).
All phone numbers of the selected party are deleted.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
Deleting parties saved in the Phonebook

If you delete all saved parties for accepting calls, Accept Calls is canceled.
