Edited contents cannot be saved.
Contents of the
Memory Stick
Duo can not be displayed.
•
When a call arrives during editing a Phonebook entry or a mail item,
press
to end the call and return to the editing screen. You can
continue editing.
•
If you press
in the editing screen, the message “end?” appears.
If “YES” is selected, the edited contents are not saved. Select “NO” to
return to the screen for editing, then register or save the editing
content.
Melody is not played.
•
Is Manner Mode (see p.112) or Drive Mode (see p.77) set?

Is the sound volume set to “level 0”? (see p.121)

indicates that the melody is corrupted.

If the problem is still not solved even after checking the above
procedures, contact an NTT DoCoMo service center (see p.614).

This problem may occur when the display is exposed to intense light
such as strobe light. It is not failure of the phone. In such a case, close
and open the mova to return to the previous screen.
It is informed that software needs
to be updated in the NTT
