Playing Back Video clips You Took (continued)

You can extract and save one shot of a video clip, and send it instantly via i-shot
transmission.

•

The extracted still image is saved in the built-in memory (“photo folder” in “camera album”) as a
“i-shot(S)” sized image.

Sending a single shot of a video clip via i-shot transmission

Play the video clip and press 

(pause) to pause it.

Press (save).

The still image is saved, and the compose mail screen appears. 

•

When there is not enough free space in the built-in memory, or when the maximum number of
saved images is reached, a prompt appears asking if you want to overwrite an existing image
(see p.540).

•

Follow Steps 4 - 5 in 

Attaching and sending saved still images (see p.405).

Use 

to display the single shot you want to send.

You can move the video forward shot-by-shot by pressing 

and fast forward by pressing and

holding it down.

You can move the video backward shot-by-shot by pressing 

and rewind by pressing and

holding it down.

Select “send i-shot” from the submenu.

The still image to be sent appears.

Alternatively, you can press

If the amount of data of a still image exceeds the maximum amount that can
be sent, the data will be compressed automatically.
