Registering recipients in a mail group
[Default] name of group:

0-9/no recipient
You can register recipients in a mail group to enter the recipients in a batch just by
selecting the mail group.
•
Maximum number of mail groups that can be registered: 10 (10 recipients for each mail group)
•
To register recipients in a mail group, first save the entries in the Phonebook.
•
Using mail groups to enter recipients (see p.326)

In standby, select “mail setting”
“set mail group” from the mail menu.

Alternatively, you can select “setting”
“mail setting” from the menu.
•
You can also select “mail setting” from the submenu of the compose mail screen, compose
Short Mail screen, sent/unsent and received mail folder lists, sent/unsent and received mail lists,
and sent/unsent and received mail display screens.

The mail group list appears.
Enter your 4-digit terminal ID number.

Set a group name.
If you do not change the group name, proceed to Step 4.

Select a mail group and select “group name” from the submenu.

Press
to delete unnecessary characters and then enter a mail group name (up to
18 single-byte or 9 double-byte characters).

To receive mail automatically, select “2.off”.
•
When Receive Option is on, even if there is mail at the i-mode center, the i-mode center storage status is
not indicated by the mail icon.
