When you enter the reading for a word or phrase you registered and convert it in the character entry
screen set to the kanji mode, the saved word or phrase appears in the conversion list. You can enter it to
the character entry screen by selecting from the list.
To use a new word

Editing a saved word
1 In standby, select “setting” “character

The words are listed in the order of the kana syllabary based on the reading.

Select a word and press (select).

When “ ◯×（株）営業二部 ” is saved with the reading “ かいしゃ ”
Example
•
The reading cannot contain a space. Space can be included in a word or phrase.
•
Nothing can be registered if no phrase or reading has been entered.
•
If 100 words have already been saved, no more new words can be saved. Delete words you no longer need
(see p.579).

3 Edit the word.
Edit the text in “word” or “reading”.

Follow Step 3 in Registering a new word (see p.577).

Select “YES” and press (select).
The word is saved.

You cannot save the same word again.
•
To cancel the operation, select “NO”.
