7.1.3 Daily and periodic inspection
NOTE When using the safety stop function, periodic inspection is required to confirm that safety func-
tion of the safety system operates correctly.

Conductors, cables
(1) Check conductors for distortion.

(2) Check cable sheaths for breakage and
deterioration (crack, discoloration, etc.).

Check for unusual odor and abnormal increase of
whining sound.
