Prepare a power supply matched to the power supply specification of the detector.
The output signal terminal to be used differs according to the Pr. 190 to Pr. 196 (output terminal
function selection) setting.
The input signal terminal to be used differs according to the Pr. 178 to Pr. 189 (input terminal
function selection) setting.
