18) Remove engine rear mounting with stiffener and brackets. A

19) Remove engine left side mounting bracket nuts (1).
20) Lower vehicle and support transmission jack.
21) Remove lower side 2 transmission to engine bolt and nut.
22) Remove other attached parts from transmission, if any.
23) Pull out transmission so as to disconnect input shaft from
clutch disc and then lower it.

REMOUNTING
Reverse dismounting procedure to remount T/M assembly noting
the following point.
CAUTION:
Care should be taken not to scratch oil seal lip with
drive shaft while raising transmission.
Do not hit drive shaft joint with hammer installing
it into differential gear.
Use specified torque as given below:
Push in left side drive shaft joint fully so as to engage snap ring
of shaft with differential gear.
