CRANKING SYSTEM 6G-3
STARTING MOTOR
The starting motor consists of the following parts.
1. Front housing bush
: Apply lithium grease 99000-25010 to inside.
2. Front housing
3. Snap ring
4. Stop ring
5. Over-running clutch
: Apply lithium grease 99000-25010 to inside
and outside of spline.
6. Drive lever
: Apply lithium grease 99000-25010 to joint of
magnetic switch and over-running clutch.
7. Magnetic switch
: Apply lithium grease 99000-25010 to plunger.
8. Rear bracket
9. Brush spring
10. Brush holder
11. Brush
12. Washer
13. Armature shaft bush
: Apply lithium grease 99000-25010 to inside
and outside.
14. Armature
: Apply lithium grease 99000-25010 to joint of
front housing bush, over-running clutch and ar-
mature shaft bush.
15. Yoke
16. Hold-in coil
17. Pull-in coil
