No.
Go to STEP 3.

1) Check proper connection for 5-pin (“C”) connec-
tor to P/S control module.
2) If OK, check torque sensor and its circuit. Refer
to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION of TORQUE SEN-
SOR.
Is torque sensor in good condition?
Substitute a known-
good P/S control mod-
ule and recheck.
Replace steering
column assembly and
recheck.
