OIL PUMP
REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2) Remove timing chain cover as previously outlined.
1. Rotor plate:
: Apply thin coat of
engine oil.
2. Outer rotor:
: Apply thin coat of
engine oil.
3. Inner rotor:
: Apply thin coat of
engine oil.
4. Timing chain cover:
: Apply SUZUKI BOND
No. 1207C
99000-31150 to
mating surfaces.
5. Pin
6. Oil seal:
: Apply thin coat of
engine oil.
7. Relief valve
8. Spring
9. Retainer
10. Circlip
11. Center bolt

DISASSEMBLY
1) Remove rotor plate (1).
2) Remove outer rotor (1) and inner rotor (2).
