ECM/PCM power circuit check:
1) Connect jumper wire from “A22” terminal of
ECM/PCM connector to ground.
2) Measure voltage from “A1” terminal of ECM/
PCM connector to ground and from “C15” ter-
minal of ECM/PCM connector to ground.
Is each voltage within 10 – 14V?
Go to Step 7.
“B/R” wire open.

ECM/PCM ground circuit check:
1) Check for continuity from “A13” terminal of
ECM/PCM connector to ground, from “C11”
terminal of ECM/PCM connector to ground and
from “C1” terminal of ECM/PCM connector to
ground.
Is there continuity in each case?
Poor connection of
ECM/PCM connector.
If OK, substitute a
known-good ECM/PCM
and recheck.
“B” or “B/Br” wire open.
