REASSEMBLY
1) Press-fit input shaft oil seal (1) facing its spring side upward.
Use special tool and hammer for installation and apply grease
to oil seal lip.

2) Pree-fit countershaft right bearing cup (2) by using special tools
and hammer.

(C): 09925-68210

3) Press-fit differential right side oil seal (1) to right case (2) facing
its spring side inward using plate (3) and special tool with ham-
mer up to the position below.
Apply grease to its lip.
Distance “a”: 1.0 – 1.5 mm (0.04 – 0.06 in.)
Diameter “b”: 56 mm (2.20 in.)

4) Install differential assembly (1) into right case (2).
5) Install counter oil gutter plate (3) with bolts (4) applied with
thread lock cement.
“A”: Thread lock cement 99000-32110
Tightening Torque
(a): 10 N·m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 lb-ft)
