44) Apply sealant to oil pan (1) by using a nozzle by such amount
that its section is 1.5 mm in diameter and tighten to specified
torque.
Tightening torque for oil pan bolt
7 N
.
m (0.7 kg-m, 5.0 lb-ft)
“D”: SUZUKI BOND 1216 (99000-31160)
CAUTION:
Remove old gasket on mating surface of oil pan com-
pletely.
Use care so that no sealant will remain inside.
45) Install oil cooler. Align projection (1) of oil cooler at the position
as shown in figure.
Tightening Torque
(a): 2.7 N

m (0.27 kg-m, 2.0 lb-ft)
46) Install speed sensor (1).
Tightening Torque
(a): 7 N
.
m (0.7 kg-m, 5.0 lb-ft)
47) Install throttle valve and vacuum rod.
Install vacuum diaphragm (1) and vacuum tube (2).
Tightening Torque
(a): 7 N
.
m (0.7 kg-m, 5.0 lb-ft)
