The troubleshooting procedure described here diagnoses faults between the
switch and the line-side PRI terminal adapter/ISDN-PRI endpoint equipment.
Problems encountered on the network-side of a wideband connection or problems
with end-to-end equipment compatibility are outside the scope of this manual.
