1. Verify that the circuit pack is in service and that port 1 is administered
and in service with the status port command.
2. retry the command at 1-minute intervals for a maximum of 5 retries.

This error occurs when the TN2402/TN798 circuit pack uplinks a message
that is not the proper response for this test. The anticipated uplink
messages are seize, ring or answer.
1. Verify that the Trunk is administered properly.

1. Get the test line data from the near end and verify it with the far end.
Dial the test number manually to see if the TTL is reached. If it is not,
then either the number is wrong, or the far end is administered
incorrectly.
