Use reset board to perform a soft reset of every specified, administered port on
the port circuit pack. Ports must be busied out before the port circuit pack resets.

WARNING:
This command is service disrupting and may cause extraneous alarms.
Output
The following example shows the output from reset board 1c07 and assumes
that the board in port network 1, carrier c, slot 7 is an analog board with three
administered ports.
