1. For model 02. press the [CAL] key.
For model 12, press the [CAL/SPAN] key.
2. Select the "Calibration Kits" softkey.
The R&S Cable Rider ZPH opens a file manager dialog to select the calibration kit
model.
3. Select the calibration kit model that you require.
The R&S Cable Rider ZPH loads the selected calibration kit model during the cali-
bration procedure.

Performing a Full 2-Port Calibration
Cancel calibration
You can abort the calibration any time by pressing the "Cancel" softkey.
Full 1-Port calibration
"Full 1-Port" calibration is similar to "Full 2-Port" calibration, except that "THROUGH"
calibration is not performed.
The procedure below shows a full 2-port calibration routine. All other calibration meth-
ods basically work the same way, except for the type and number of calibration stand-
ards you are going to need.
1. Disconnect the DUT from the RF cable.
After disconnecting the DUT, the R&S Cable Rider ZPH is ready for calibration.
2. For model 02. press [CAL] key.
For model 12, press [CAL/SPAN] key.
3. Select the "Full 2-Port" softkey.
The R&S Cable Rider ZPH prompts you to connect an "Open" to the "RF OUT /
REFLECTION" port.
