2. Connect the calibration kit, R&S ZN-Z103 to "RF OUT/ REFLECTION" port of the
R&S Cable Rider ZPH.
3. Select "Continue" to start the calibration.
The R&S Cable Rider ZPH performs the full 1-port calibration for a "Short", "Open"
or a "Load" connection automatically.
After completed the calibration routine, the R&S Cable Rider ZPH displayed the mes-
sage "Calibration done!". The
status line
now shows "(Cal)" to indicate a successful
calibration.

Calibration Kit
When calibration unit, R&S ZN-Z103 is used for the calibration procedure, its calibra-
tion model will supersede the calibration kit model selected.
The calibration kit model provides the "Open", "Short", and " Load" parameters that are
to be taken into consideration when performing a calibration with the corresponding
calibration kit. The R&S Cable Rider ZPH supports the following calibration models:
