EAPCSTn
ESAR APC state (N’th level). Contains initialization control information for this APC priority level.
The EAPCST fields are described below.
PTP_COUNTER
Port-to-port cell counter. Indicates the number of cells in the APC PTP queue of this specific priority level.
Used by the APC controller. The user should initialize this field to 0.
PTP_TxCh
The local transmit channel number associated with the APC PTP queue of this specific APC level. Any
transmit channel number can be used for the APC PTP queue; however, it is recommended to use one of
the internal channels—channel 1 to channel 31, which are more efficient in terms of CPM processing).
The local transmit channel number assigned to implement the PTP switching should be programmed to
handle AAL0 cells only.

LAST
Defines the last APC priority level for the specific PHY#.

11
EQ
Equal priority. Defines the relative priority of the APC scheduling table and APC PTP
queue of this specific APC level. If the APC scheduling table is disabled at this level
(DIS=1), the APC PTP queue continues to be serviced (and EQ becomes
irrelevant).
0 The APC PTP queue has priority over the scheduling table.
1 The scheduling table and APC PTP queue have equal priority. The APC
mechanism schedules cells to be transmitted evenly between the two.

ESAR
Enable ESAR mode for the APC. Should be a copy of the programming of
APCST[ESAR].
0 ESAR functions are disabled.
1 ESAR functions are enabled.

MPY
Enable multi-PHY operation for the APC. Should be a copy of the programming of
APCST[MPY].
