NOTES
Endpoint filters may terminate endpoint or segment FMCs. It is the user’s
responsibility that only one PM session (segment or endpoint) is active at
any given time.
It is not recommended to use AAL5 adaptation with pass-all or segment
filters. In these cases, it is the user’s responsibility to make sure the cells
received in the channel’s queue are only AAL5 cells belonging to this
specific channel. If OAM cells are received in an AAL5 channel, erratic
behavior will occur.
