2. Turning On and Off the Primary Charging Bias
The main power switch is turned on, thereby driving the high-voltage main transformer.
The primary charging output enable signal from the image processor PCB goes '0'.
The DC bias control signal (pulse signal) is generated.
A DC bias is applied to the primary charging roller.
The AC bias ON signal (by serial communication) is generated.
The AC bias control signal (pulse signal) is generated.
An AC bias is applied to the primary charging roller.
