3. Density Correction for Memory Copying
When generating output during memory copying, binary image data stored in the image
memory is processed, not allowing the use of a density correction curve for density processing and,
instead, requiring variation of the developing bias for the laser intensity.

The copy density is reduced (images made lighter) by decreasing the developing bias. An
excessive decrease, however, will make the images fuzzy, and the laser intensity is deceased
instead to avoid the problem.
